How does it work?

  2. If you are happy to continue, we will work together to help you find balance in as many or as few sessions as it takes; face to face or online. Each session lasts around 60 - 75 minutes. Using Hypnotherapy/CBT/Mindfulness therapy, I will help you make some better mental connections that lead to change.
